5th and 6th graders reused magazines and
newspapers to construct bowls from paper strips. 
They folded the paper strips, taped them
together, coiled them up and extended
them into a bowl form.

Figure Painting from student models .  1st - 6th grade



1st - 6th graders are doing "Figure Drawing" starting with Gesture Drawing They do very quick drawings showing the movement and pose of a student model.

A 4th grade composition of the Nebraska state bird, the Western Meadowlark and the Nebraska state flower, the Goldenrod onto a tissue paper painted roadmap of Nebraska.  Students used acrylic paints for their bird and flower.

these eagles with patriotic patterns on the wings.
